Anne Arundel County will bear the brunt of the housing demand when Fort George G. Meade expands in the next couple of years, but it may not be ready to meet the immense need for affordable housing, according to a new housing study. "We're not really surprised by the findings," said Kathleen Koch, executive director of Arundel Community Development Services Inc. "It kind of reiterates what we already know.
