The Meade High School class of 2009 gathered at the Equestrian Center on June 6 to celebrate its past successes and begin its future.

Valedictorian Diana Flynn gave the commencement address to her classmates. This energetic senior leaves Meade with a GPA of 4.46. Flynn was on the principal's honor roll, was a Maryland Distinguished Scholar, president of the National Honor Society, an AVID tutor, senior mentor and a member of the Student Government Association, Key Club, Recycle Club and Math Club.
