Playing bongos, holding up signs and chanting "We need stability" and "Keep Ms. Wagner," three dozen parents and students protested at Richard Henry Lee Elementary Wednesday. The school was closed, and the protest was brief. But parent Russell Mentecki said the demonstration was held to make the point that the school is losing not only Principal Mary Wagner and Assistant Principal Janet Clayton to routine end-of-year transfers, but stability.
