| Pasadena: Chesapeake student earns full scholarship, despite disabilities

Chesapeake High School graduate Aaron-James Madej will be attending Capitol College on a full four-year scholarship from the National Science Foundation Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics program. It is a feat that is impressive for any student to achieve. Madej, however, had more than tests and applications to overcome - he was diagnosed with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder and dysgraphia in the fourth grade.
