The Ann Arundel Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution invites the public to tour its chapter house, the historic Rising Sun Inn, 1090 Generals Highway, from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, the inn was constructed in the mid-1700s. Visitors will have the opportunity to view antiques and artifacts from the 18th century including a small collection of locally printed money.

The admission fee is a $5 donation that is used for the upkeep of the building.
