The Crestwood Community off of Hammonds Ferry Road will celebrate its 50th anniversary from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the community playground.

Residents past and present are all invited to come out for an afternoon of reminiscing and fun.

The association will provide hot dogs, chips, soda, water and games for all ages.

On display will be an aerial photograph of the community taken at its very beginnings in 1959.
