| Glen Burnie West: Dating violence, rape topics of family awarenesss night

North Glen Baptist Church, 508 W. Furnace Branch Road, will host a family awareness night beginning at 6 p.m. tomorrow to talk about rape awareness and dating violence. The guest speakers include Laquisha Hall, a rape survivor from the Rape, Assault, Incest National Network, and Temika Hall, the author of a book of teen dating violence and a detective from the county police force. The program is free and open to the public. Organizer Donna Sullivan Collins put the program together to raise awareness after reading about the rape of a teenager in a mission magazine.
