Andrew Judson has Scouting coursing through his blood: Not only is his father, Steve Judson, the scoutmaster of Baldwin Hall's Troop 804, he also is an Eagle Scout. So are two of Andrew's uncles. Continuing the family tradition, Andrew recently earned his Eagle Scout with a Court of Honor celebration at the historic hall in Millersville.

Andrew began planning his Eagle Scout project in 2008. In May, he began constructing a flagpole for the hall where his troop meets. The patio contains about 50 engraved bricks purchased by members of the community.
