North County High School will host its inaugural homecoming 5K race on Oct. 24 at Baybrook Park in Curtis Bay.

The park has been host to Brooklyn Park and North County High School cross country meets since 1964.

Funds raised will benefit the North County High School Student Government Association. Alumni of North County, Andover and Brooklyn Park High School are invited to support the effort.

Registration will begin at 7 a.m. The runners will take off at 8:30 a.m. The start of the race is approximately 200 yards south of the Meyers Soccer Pavilion on 4300 Bay Ave.
