Linthicum: Choice for mayor a 'Forgo-ne' conclusion

"I am elated and honored about being named honorary mayor of Linthicum," said Rik Forgo.

The sixth Linthicum resident to "serve" as his community's honorary mayor, choosing Forgo seemed a foregone conclusion.

"The other candidates nominated this year were deserving. However, Forgo's nomination stood out and the committee was unanimous in their selection," said Bernadette Simon, honorary mayor chair.
