| Olde Mill - Millersville: 25,000 bags of candy to fall from sky

A helicopter from Frederick Airport will fly to Millersville on Sunday and hover over the Bob Golliday Stadium as a member of Journey Church of Severn gently drops 25,000 bags of candy to hundreds of waiting children. This is the second year for the Great Anne Arundel Candy Drop, a community day offered by the church to families free of charge. Activities will be held from noon to 3 p.m. at Old Mill High School, 600 Patriot Lane. "We want to reach out to the community," said Mark Lehew, lead pastor of the church.
