The Provinces and West County libraries will offer fun events for young trick-or-treaters on Wednesday.

The Provinces library, 2624 Annapolis Road in Severn, will host a special Babies in Bloom at 10 a.m. Babies up to age 2 can dress up in costume to join in the fun with Halloween rhymes, fingerplays and songs. For details, call 410-222-6280.

Then, at 7 p.m. the West County library, 1325 Annapolis Road in Odenton, will offer Halloween Happiness for children ages 3 to 7. Kids are encouraged to go in costume for stories and songs celebrating Halloween, then parade around the library.
