The Belle Grove Improvement Association will start the new year with a new slate of officers, and all are among a group of residents who say they have felt excluded from the association previously.

The residents who had been calling themselves the Belle Grove Neighborhoods Association, and then, the Belle Grove Neighborhood Alliance, have decided to join with the existing group instead of having two groups.
