Local schools will celebrate American Education Week beginning Monday with open doors for parents to visit classrooms during instruction. The following is a list of schedules for visits to area schools:

Millersville Elementary School, 1601 Millersville Road, will hold its parent visitation program at 9 a.m. Monday. Call 410-222-3800.

Rippling Woods Elementary School, 530 Nolfield Drive, invites parents to visit classrooms from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Monday. Due to space limitations the school cannot accommodate parents during lunch periods. Call 410-222-6440.
