| West County: Thanksgiving for active, retired military

Current and retired service members who may be away from family and friends this holiday can get together with their military family for a traditional Thanksgiving meal on Fort George G. Meade. The meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Freedom Inn.
Installation Commander Col. Daniel L. Thomas and other senior staff members will be dressed in their finest dress uniforms to serve up a good home-cooked meal. Several hundred dinners are expected.
