The county Department of Recreation and Parks is accepting registrations for its spring programs next month. The following is a list of programs offered in this area.

Fast Track Kids: Astronomy will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturdays for six weeks beginning April 10 at Shipley's Choice Elementary School, 310 Governor Stone Parkway. Children ages 3 to 6 will explore space travel and planets in activities to learn about the concept of gravity and weightlessness. The cost is $195.
