For the second year, the ladies in black will kick up their heels at the Black Hat Banshee Bash from noon to 4 p.m. March 27 at Snyder's Willow Grove Restaurant ballroom. The Black Hat Banshees is a nationwide group of women who love to dress in black and wear tons of rhinestone jewelry. Their purpose is merely to have fun, dress up and go out and look fabulous doing it. Formal attire or casual attire is up to the individual lady; at every event there are gowns and big plumed feathered hats and rhinestones, along with black slacks and a black baseball cap.
