There is nothing more annoying than Italian cartoons, specifically Japanese anime dubbed by Italian actors pretending to be hyper kids. Calling it squeaky is an injustice to mice. It's more like a language with vowels wrenched from a windshield wiper that's run out of rain. TV in a Roman hotel room was the low point of our summer vacation to Europe. The high points were too numerous to count. My wife and I told ourselves early on that we wanted to take our kids to Europe when they were old enough to remember it but not so old that they'd wish they were with someone else.
