Our covenants

Based on the covenants between the Arundel Mills and property owners in the Villages of Dorchester, a casino cannot be built at mall.

Three development projects were planned in Hanover, the Villages of Dorchester, Arundel Preserve, and the Arundel Mills mall. The then-property owners entered into a master development agreement and recorded in the land records of Anne Arundel County.
