County Attorney Jonathan Hodgson recently wrote to the editor defending County Executive John R. Leopold's interference in private covenants between county residents and Arundel Mills Mall (Maryland Gazette, Nov. 14). Mr. Hodgson suggested that the county executive merely referenced a legal opinion prepared by his office.
