Reader's Digest once identified Mountain Road as the longest dead end road in the country! To tell you the truth, most people do not travel down a dead end road ... except those people who live there and those who have to go to school at the Chesapeake campus (Bodkin Elementary, Chesapeake Bay Middle, and Chesapeake High School) and the Eagle Cove School.

The latest news is that Folger McKinsey will be housed at Chesapeake Bay Middle. Surely those children need to go to a facility that can adequately house them. With all due respect to our county schools, have they ever traveled in-or-out of road during peak...
