Kamyiah Surgeon had 24 points, 20 rebounds, five assists and four steals to lead Annapolis girls basketball team past North County, 69-57. Surgeon is now just 26 points away from becoming the seventh player in school history to break 1,000 career points for the Panthers (9-8). Kelly Rinard added 12 points and five rebounds for Annapolis, while EaSean Johnson added seven points and eight rebounds. Nicole Brown had nine points.
