| Skinny house bill pulled, to be revised

County Councilman Daryl Jones yanked his controversial legislation on skinny houses Monday night following objections from residents and other council members. The legislation aimed to regulate development on so-called infill lots, the 25-foot-wide lots scattered throughout different parts of the county. Several 11- and 12-foot wide homes have sprung up in Brooklyn Park and Pumphrey on these lots, upsetting neighbors who say they spoil the appearance of the community.
