| Slots bill to be revived as early as Monday night

Two county politicians yesterday promised to end the stalemate and revive a stalled bill to allow a casino at Arundel Mills mall. The move, which could come as early as Monday night, would immediately prompt other county councilmen to introduce competing slots legislation that would eliminate Arundel Mills as a potential location for the state's largest casino. "I think the council should have acted on this months ago," said County Councilman Ron Dillon, a Pasadena Republican who said he wants to resurrect as soon as possible the zoning bill to allow slots at the mall.
