| Boys & Girls Club receive face-lift

Mechea Randolph and Tiffany Derrill ran from room to room Monday in the newly revamped Glen Burnie Boys and Girls Club, shrieking with glee over what they found. They saw the new paint job on both floors of the 50-year-old building, which at one time was a bank. They took in the new computers upstairs in the learning center, and the new plasma TVs downstairs in the rec room. Then there was the colorful jungle scene painted on the old safe lodged in the wall on the first floor. "I love the Ravens hats in here," said Tiffany, pointing to a line of purple NFL caps hung delicately on the wall in the learning... This story has expired!
