| Man gets 5 years in burglary ring case

A Brooklyn Park man was sentenced to five years in prison this week for his role in a burglary ring that targeted at least eight north county homes last summer. Joseph D. Wagner, 21, of Sunnyfield Lane, pleaded guilty Tuesday in county Circuit Court in Annapolis to two counts of first-degree burglary and two counts of theft of more than $500 as part of a plea agreement. Wagner, whose attorney said he stole to feed a drug habit, also will be required to pay more than $2,000 in restitution to the victims in the seven cases he was charged with. Judge William C.
