It's Kathy Zerrlaut's job to make sure University of Maryland, Baltimore County athletes and teams are in compliance with NCAA regulations. So in a seminar Monday night at Chesapeake High School, Zerrlaut warned about 18 students and parents against misbehaving coaches, slacking on grades and delusions of grandeur. "We have 12.6 scholarships for men's lacrosse and how many are on the team? Forty people?" Zerrlaut said. "Do the math."
