| Driver guilty in Glen Burnie fatal

A Linthicum Heights man should have known last summer he was too tired to drive before he ran over and killed a woman walking to church in Glen Burnie, according to county prosecutors. Matthew Evan Norwood, 27, of Cleveland Road, pleaded guilty Thursday in county Circuit Court in Annapolis to one count of automobile manslaughter in the Aug. 22 hit-and-run that claimed the life of 59-year-old Mary Bernice Collins of Glen Burnie.
