Glen Burnie man guilty of murder HONESDALE, Pa. - A three-year murder investigation involving a body found dumped in Jessup ended last week with a Hanover man's guilty plea. Duna Turon Bulow, 26, who has been incarcerated at Wayne County Correctional Facility since March 2009, pleaded guilty to one felony count of voluntary manslaughter, according to the Scranton Times-Tribute. He was expected to go to trial this month. After police identified Leonard R.
