The children's birthday party at a Glen Burnie moon bounce business on Saturday afternoon was supposed to be fun. It might have started that way. By the end it got so ugly that police were invited to Bounce a Round. They charged two men - arresting one for using a baseball bat to smash the front door and the owner after he used pepper spray to clear his building. County police say Thomas Shepeta, owner of the business on Airport Park Drive, sprayed customers after asking them to leave.
