Terrorism drill set at light rail station

GLEN BURNIE - County and state officials will run a day-long terrorism training exercise tomorrow at the Cromwell Light Rail Station.

Operation Rescue on the Rails will involve 400 people from county agencies, the Maryland Transit Administration and Baltimore Washington Medical Center, according to county officials. It will test the response of emergency personnel and other agencies and include volunteers in make-up playing the role of injuries and fatalities.
