The fight over a casino at Arundel Mills Mall has turned into a web of legal wrangling, with both sides asking the courts for help. Stop Slots at Arundel Mills a county Circuit Court has judge to throw out a lawsuit brought by the Cordish Co. of Baltimore. Cordish, which wants to build the casino at the Hanover mall, sued the county Board of Elections last month over Stop Slots' petition drive to get a referendum on November's ballot.
