Raided restaurant owner faces fines HANOVER - The owner of a restaurant raided by immigration officials last week and the owners of three residences connected to the business face fines for violating county maintenance and zoning codes, county officials said Thursday. On March 11, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, with the assistance of county police, served search warrants at two restaurants, one business and several businesses in the county, resulting in the arrest of 29 people without proper documentation.
