Power company dedicates new center to Jon Mancuso

HANOVER - Emerson Power Transmission opened a new customer solutions and innovation center Dec. 17 and dedicated it in honor of the late Jon R. Mancuso, an authority on couplings and chief technology officer for the company's couplings division.

Couplings are used in the power industry to connect shafts and transmit electricity.

The new facility features state-of-the-art equipment that will allow Emerson Power Transmission to further its reputation for engineered couplings in high-speed and high-performance applications, the company said in a news release.
