Ten Maryland residents and a nonprofit organization will be honored for their professional accomplishments, volunteer work and civic contributions during the 21st Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dinner beginning at 7:30 p.m. Friday. at the La Fontaine Bleue, 7514 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon will be the keynote speaker.
