Local angling opportunities dwindle with low temperatures Now that the inauguration is over, outdoorsmen shouldn't have any trouble getting hand warmers, which weren't easy to come across in some outdoor shops the past couple of weeks seeing that many citizens headed for Washington for the big day wanted them to keep their pinkies comfy. Only trouble is that current weather certainly isn't accommodating those who might want to wet a line - warm hands, cold fishing. The chill, we hear, has even slowed the catching of the big stripers down off the mouth of the Chesapeake in Virginia and North Carolina as water temperatures... This story has expired!
