"The language barrier" was the buzz phrase Wednesday among 110 people at Glen Burnie High School. How to get through it. How to get around it. How to deal with it. "The language is the biggest thing," said Maria Casasco, liaison to the Latino community for County Executive John R. Leopold. "Everything is new for many of them. Some people from a country with a low education level come here and it's totally different - it takes some time to get adjusted."
