I like many others had a few teachers who were role models and helped lead me in positive directions. But, there is always one that will forever stand out.

Edie Picken, was my guidance counselor during high school. She saw potential and went with it, hard at times, for four years. Now, 20 years later I know if I need help, a letter of recommendation, or just someone to talk to I could still go to her.
