At 92 years old, Emma Calvert Tolodziecki has seen and done a lot.

One of the oldest surviving members of Maryland's founding family, her picture hangs in the Maryland Club in downtown Baltimore. As a former member of the Curtis Bay Senior Center, she met her share of politicians as they campaigned for office, including Gov. Martin O'Malley.

She didn't think she'd live to see four more generations of her family grow and thrive. But she has.

In addition to two grown children and five grandchildren, Tolodziecki has six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
