Tim Wilson, the sergeant at arms for American Legion Post 40, has been marching in the Glen Burnie Memorial Day Parade for 16 years. Every year his color guard unit includes fewer people, but the each parade remains just as important as his first. "We do anywhere from 30 to 50 (funeral services) a year. A lot of World War II and Korean War veterans are dying and they deserve an honor guard and Post 40 is one of the only ones left in the county," Wilson said.
