| Man guilty of auto manslaughter

A Pasadena man pleaded guilty yesterday to automobile manslaughter in connection with the death last year of a 77-year-old Crownsville resident. As part of an unusual plea agreement with the state, however, Robert Richard Gaw Sr., 63, of Mount Desert Harbour, received a probation before judgment for his part in the in the June 18 wreck in Glen Burnie that claimed the life of Jerry Milton Stelzer. Circuit Court Judge William C. Mulford II struck the guilty finding and placed Gaw on probation for three years.
