As the weather begins to show signs of fall's inexorable slide into winter, over half of the schools that call Anne Arundel County home still have hopes of reaching the post season in football with one week of the regular season remaining. For the second straight year, all of the entrants in the 4A East Region bracket will be from the area, with Arundel, Old Mill and Broadneck already having clinched a spot and Severna Park and North County battling for the fourth.
