The name may have changed but the fun will stay the same during the St. Rose of Lima spring fair on the school grounds at 410 Jeffrey St. from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday .
Visitors can find games, prizes, bingo games, raffles, the "Rose Garden" and the infamous dunking booth. Fair-goers can sit down and enjoy the kitchen specials served every night.

Belle Grove news
The Belle Grove Improvement Association has a full slate of items to take care of before it breaks for summer recess.
The association will hold an open meeting at 6:30 p.m. today at Belle Grove Elementary School, 4502 Belle Grove Road. Del. Nic Kipke, R-Pasadena, is scheduled to address the group and a representative from the county Police Department will give a drug awareness demonstration. All area residents are invited to attend this open meeting.
The Belle Grove Improvement Association will host a flea market and yard sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. The flea market will be held on the parking lot of Bingo World at the corner of Belle Grove Road and 10th Avenue. Vendor spaces are still available for $10. The rain date for the flea market is Sunday.

Crab cake platter
American Legion Post 34 will serve the crab cake platter as its last Friday night dinner of the season.
The platter, served with two side items, costs $8. The Friday night dinners are offer in the post's lounge at 5526 Belle Grove Road. from 6 to 8 p.m.

Slots and sales
The Curtis Bay Seniors will sponsor trips to Shady Maple and Midway Slots.
The trip to Shady Maple will be Tuesday and will leave the Curtis Bay Recreation Center at the corner of Curtis and Filbert streets at 9 a.m. and return at approximately 5 p.m. The cost of this trip is $30. Travelers will be able to attend the famous tent sale at Shady Maple during this trip.
The seniors will also sponsor a trip to Midway Slots on June 17. The cost of this trip is $21 and each traveler will receive $15 back. The bus will leave the center at 9 a.m. and return at approximately 5 p.m.

The Brooklyn Park Library Teen Anime Club will get together from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
