Garbed in an orange shirt and electric blue shorts, police and witnesses say a would-be purse snatcher thought he saw a good target in a woman walking out of Den's Day Spa in Brooklyn Park. Oh, was he wrong. Several witnesses heard the woman shriek about noon on Tuesday and saw the brightly dressed man run through some nearby bushes - and then quickly chased him down. "We didn't have to do nothing. He just dropped everything and laid down. When he saw everyone running after him, there was a lot of people chasing him, he gave himself up," said William Messenger of Brooklyn Park. "He tried to run, but he didn't make...
