SEVERN Foiled again Employees at the Lowe's Home Improvement store stopped a would-be shoplifter Tuesday, scuffling with the man in the parking lot after he tried to sneak a nail gun outside by disguising it with aluminum foil. The man carried a roll of aluminium foil into the store in the Quarterfield Crossing shopping center off Quarterfield Road around 2 p.m., county police said. Witnesses told police he took a nail gun, removed it from its packaging and wrapped it in foil before trying to leave. Once outside, a store employee tried to stop the man and a struggle began.
