Eagles get past Key on sophomores' goals

Sophomores Eleanor Grammas and Ally Wesley scored goals in the second half to lead Annapolis Area Christian School to a 2-0 IAAM C Conference girls soccer victory over Key Thursday, preserving its undefeated mark.

Wesley connected on a beautiful strike that Key goalkeeper Regan Foy had no chance of stopping.

"It was a tight game," Coach Paul Brophy said. "Ally Wesley had one of the best shots I've ever seen in 14 years of coaching."

Lane Cheek made seven saves to earn the shutout for the Eagles (10-0).
