Slots vote To those of you who are old enough to remember back when the Lotto/Lottery was sold to the voters as a way to help schools and educational needs, where has the money gone? How come after about 38 years and all the new types of tickets to take your money, Maryland stil has a serious backlog of school construction and renovations? Has there ever been any kind of report showing how much of the lottery money actually goes for educational needs and schools, and exactly where it all goes? Or is it just called the general fund?
