Three days a week, John McCain and Sarah Palin are gazing over traffic on Interstate 97. Using what might be the biggest campaign sign to grace the county during election season 2008, Jim Scardina is making sure the thousands of motorists who pass his electronic sign daily know he wants the Republican senator from Arizona to be president.
