As all the financial people I've talked to say, "You're young, you'll recover." It hurts, but "I (We) will recover."

I feel for people in their 50s and 60s who look to their 401(k) and 403(b) right now as the young boy in Oliver Twist... "Please sir, may I have more?" My heart goes out to them.

My only nightmare is the coming recession/depression. Well hey, at least the lobbyists got all the money they needed for all the "pork" that was added onto that "bail-out." Good job...
